Using Affine Templates in Self-Hosted

I’ve successfully installed & configured the self-hosted version in my home lab. I’m learning how to use & leverage Affine capabilities. One of the features I identified in selecting to adopt & implement Affine is the published templates.

However, it is not clear to me how I can leverage these templates in my self-hosted instance. I’m wondering how I can download or export these templates and upload or import them into my self-hosted instance.

I created an account on the hosted version and created a workspace where I’ve added all the templates of interest, but I have yet to work out how to export that workspace and import it into my self-hosted instance.

Can you advise whether it is possible to:
a. Export / import templates into self-hosted instance?
b. Export workspaces out of Affine.pro workspaces and import into a self-hosted
instances?
c. Is there any documentation explaining how to do each of the above?
